Stop Slow Signs

Our Stop Slow Bats are available with a wooden handle or a telescopic aluminium handle. The wooden handle is a strong hardwood. The telescopic handle comes with a middle latch to lock the extension in place when in use and simply retracts to a smaller size for easier storage and transporting when not in use. Both Stop Slow baton options come complete and fitted with a strong cast aluminium connector (attaching the sign to baton) and a rubber foot to protect the base.

Class 1 reflective Stop Slow signs are a 450mm diameter sign with a white on red “stop” on one side and a black on yellow “Slow” on the other side. A must have for traffic controllers, road workers and special event staff to assist with visual traffic communication and safety instructions.

Stop Slow Bats come with two handle types:

  - Overall: 2.25mtrs H

Both Stop Slow handle types come with
- Solid cast aluminium connector for extra strength (baton to sign)
- Rubber ferrule to protect the base of the baton (rubber foot)

Notes & Tips

Danger watch for wires above, metal conducts electricity, avoid power lines.

Stop Slow Bats or “lollipop signs”are most commonly used by traffic controllers to stop or slow down traffic around roadworks and worksites. Stop slow bats are also used for crowd safety and traffic control during major events or festivals where high numbers of vehicles and people are entering and exiting car parks or arenas. Available in a double sided 450mm diameter sign size.
