Line Marking Stencils

We offer a huge range of line marking and painter’s stencils, including custom designed. Our stencils are split into two categories: words, including simple Letters and Numbers, Exit only and Reserved parking, and symbols, such as Arrows, Disabled parking wheelchairs, Bike symbol, and Parents with prams.

We make a wide range of custom line marking stencils for painters and line marking companies. Some examples of what you might need custom stencils for include branding on tools, ladders and equipment, paint marking of skip bins and waste bins, stencil marking and painting on factory and warehouse floors and walkways, identification of assets on construction sites, pathway painted signage for community projects and parks, hoarding signage for retail spaces, corporate logos or wayfinding signage for tourist attractions.

Yes, we send you digital proofs for your approval before production of your stencil begins. This ensures that you’re satisfied with the design and layout. Please check your proofs carefully.

Our line marking stencils can be made to any size to meet your requirements. Our maximum sheet size is 1200x2400mm. If you would like your stencils to be bigger than this, they’ll be made of multiple sheets that will need to butt up to each other.

Our most common letter or number size for car park marking is 300mm and this is the size we keep in stock on our common titles. If you need a different letter or number size, we can make it for you. Our smallest letter or number height is 50mm.

Our stencils are made in Australia from a 1.4mm polypropylene stencil with at least 50% recycled material. The stencil sheet is also optimised to ensure flatness. It has UV-resistant additives which help in making the sheet durable and suitable for outdoor use.

We recommend you check the suitability of our stencil material with your paint supplier before ordering. Sample stencil material is available, please contact us.

Generally, these sheets are able to be recycled even after usage as they’re made in a specific way that aims to minimise paint adhesion. However, in some rare circumstances, if the paint buildup is too excessive, then additional cleaning may be needed to remove the paint before the sheet can be recycled.

Our line marking stencils are cut out on a router or laser cutter. Once the shapes are cut, the unwanted section is removed to create the stencil or template.

To secure your line marking stencils and ensure crisp markings, use masking tape to tape them down or weights to hold down the stencil edges. Apply even pressure when painting and remove the stencil carefully after the paint has dried.

Yes! Our stencil sheets are made in a specific way that aims to minimise paint adhesion. With proper care and maintenance, our reusable line marking stencils can be repainted many times over. Always clean your stencils after use and store flat to avoid bowing.
