Q: Will I see a proof of my custom stencil before it’s cut?

Yes, we send you digital proofs for your approval before production of your stencil begins. This ensures that you’re satisfied with the design and layout. Please check your proofs carefully.

Q: What size are your line marking stencils?

Our line marking stencils can be made to any size to meet your requirements. Our maximum sheet size is 1200x2400mm. If you would like your stencils to be bigger than this, they’ll be made of multiple sheets that will need to butt up to each other. Our most common letter or number size for car park marking is 300mm and this is the size we keep in stock on our common titles. If you need a different letter or number size, we can make it for you. Our smallest letter or number height is 50mm.

Q: Are your stencils recyclable?

Generally, these sheets are able to be recycled even after usage as they’re made in a specific way that aims to minimise paint adhesion. However, in some rare circumstances, if the paint buildup is too excessive, then additional cleaning may be needed to remove the paint before the sheet can be recycled.

Q: How do you make your line marking stencils?

Our line marking stencils are cut out on a router or laser cutter. Once the shapes are cut, the unwanted section is removed to create the stencil or template.

Q: Are your line marking stencils reusable?

Yes! Our stencil sheets are made in a specific way that aims to minimise paint adhesion. With proper care and maintenance, our reusable line marking stencils can be repainted many times over. Always clean your stencils after use and store flat to avoid bowing.
