We aim to ensure that the information on our website is correct and up to date. However we cannot and do not assure the information is complete, accurate or current. Please contact us via email with any questions prior to making any purchases.
Placing Orders : Placing an order can be done over the telephone or email. Phone 0403 869 822, email email@example.com .
Emails & Communication : Emails and communication including attachments are confidential and any information is intended only for the person directly involved. We cannot guarantee that the information on our emails or communications are correct, nor are they a recommendation – you should always seek your own professional advice and information before making any decisions. We cannot guarantee that emails sent are free of viruses therefore must always be checked for before opening. We do not accept any liability regarding any viruses or issues relating to emails. If you have received an email in error please contact us immediately and delete the email.
Pricing : All prices exclude gst (add 10% gst to all prices), Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 7 days. Our pricing is confidential and may not be shared.
Payments : Payment can be made by Direct Deposit, Credit Card, Cheque or Cash. Invoices will include our Direct Deposit bank details for your payment, please send your remittance. Credit Card payments can be made over the telephone (do not email your credit card details) we accept Visa or Master cards (1.26% surcharge which is shown on your invoice). Cheque payments are to be posted to us (allow cheque clearance time). Cash payments can be made by prior arrangement only, as we do not keep any cash on our premises you will need to bring exact amount. Other payment terms may be arranged please enquire. Ownership of goods – all goods remain the property of Signblitz until full payment is made.
Timeframes : Timeframes for the completion of you order will vary based on our workload at the time. Should you have a deadline you need to meet please advise us prior to ordering, we will always do our best to meet your timeframes but we cannot guarantee this. We will always give you a realistic timeframe that we need to complete your order prior to starting.
Deliveries : All delivery prices are quoted job per job based on location, size, quantity and weight etc $POA. If not delivered by Signblitz, we will use a “budget” courier or postage. You may choose to use your own courier, prior arrangements need to be made. Deliveries will require a signature by the driver, if you will not be available to sign for your delivery you can request an “Authority To Leave” the responsibility lies with you for items that are left without signature. Please check your items carefully at time of delivery as we will not be held responsible for damage or missing items after delivery. If you receive the incorrect item, please contact our office immediately. Delivery times may vary due to any unforeseen circumstances, should you require your products by a certain time or date, you must advise us upfront so that a “Urgent” courier service can be quoted otherwise it is best that you arrange your own courier service or pickup.
Pickups : (Please contact us regarding our Covid Safe zero contact pickup arrangements prior to ordering). We allow pickups with prior arrangements only. All visitors must adhere to our Covid Safe Site Requirements. All visitors to our premises must report to the office upon entry. Appropriate safety gear, hi visibility wear and safety footwear must be worn at all times. All visitors must obey the rules, read the signs and follow any instructions given by our staff whilst visiting us. Please check your items carefully at time of pickup as we will not be held responsible for damage or missing items after pickup. If you receive the incorrect item, please contact our office immediately. Our premises are non smoking.
Returns (subject to approval) : If your order is incorrect or unsuitable, please contact us immediately (within 7 days). Custom made and special orders will not be exchanged or refunded. Standard signs and items that have not been used will incur a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 7 days of the invoice date without prior approval. Warranty for items that we on sell from suppliers will be covered under our suppliers warranty at the discretion of our suppliers (please enquire before ordering). Warranty for signs made or supplied by Signblitz are covered for 12 months from the invoice date, claims will be at our discretion. Faulty items and warranty claims will be dealt with in line with the requirements of The Australian Consumer Law.
Cancelled or “change of mind” orders : If an order is cancelled by the customer after the order has been placed and paid for, cancellation fees may apply. If we have ordered any special materials or sizes that we normally do not carry and will not be able to resell a cancellation fee will be applied to cover our costs. If an order is cancelled after any special artwork has been drawn for you, artwork charges will apply at $25 + gst (per 15 minutes). If an order is cancelled on stock material using stock sizes and no artwork has been drawn then a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Product Selection & Information : We are a supplier only and we do not offer advice or recommendations with regards to what signs or products you need. You are fully responsible to seek your own professional advice and recommendations from the relevant standard, legislation, code, state authority, certifier or council etc prior to making your purchase. You should seek any specific information you need regarding any products prior to ordering them to determine whether they are suitable to meet the requirements that you need based on the advice or recommendations you have sourced. If you require samples to check before ordering please contact us to discuss. The person choosing to purchase products from Signblitz is fully responsible for their choice, we will not accept any liability for (or alleged to have caused) any injury, loss, damage or costs incurred by products supplied by us. We reserve the right to refuse supplying products. We cannot guarantee that the information on our website or other marketing material is correct, nor it is a recommendation.
Artwork & Designs : You are responsible to seek permission from the rightful owners of any artwork; images, logos, pictos, photos, designs, signs, phrases/sayings or any intellectual property etc prior to ordering any signs, products or workwear from us that will require us to print such artwork on it. You will also seek permission from the rightful owner to allow us to redraw any artwork that may not be in a format suitable for us to print, prior to ordering. When a contact name and contact details form part of your sign or print job, you will seek permission from the person to allow us to include their name and contact details on the sign or print job, prior to ordering. We reserve the right to refuse any work that we consider in breach of copyright or that may be rude or offensive. Due to the large volume of electronic storage space we only keep signage artwork for 12 months, should you need a copy of your artwork you should request this at time of order or within 12 months of your invoice date. Installation of signs & products : Always seek permission from the relevant authority or local council regarding the display and installation of your signs or products prior to ordering from us. Once approval has been granted, all items that are supplied by Signblitz should be installed professionally by a suitable licenced contractor who is qualified and professional and meets all the safety requirements of the law and your organisation. A risk assessment should be carried out prior to starting any works to ensure safety and wellbeing , checks for any underground or internal wall services and / or hazards should be carried out prior to any digging or drilling. Signs and products should be installed so that they conform to the relevant standard, legislation, code, state authority, or council requirements etc. Where practicable signs and products should be installed in a position where they will be legible and clearly visible without creating any hazards and signs should be installed in a position where they will not become obscured. We do not offer an installation service. After your signs or products have been installed, you should arrange to have these items checked and maintained on a regular basis (see our sign and products maintenance page).
Alternate Products : Due to product changes, product improvements, product availability or any other reason, an alternate or similar product may be supplied in lieu without notice. If this occurs we will do our best to use a product that is of the same quality or better.
Photos : Photos displayed on our website and marketing material are examples of products that we have made or can supply. These photos are only for the purpose of showing our capabilities and displaying various products, signmaking materials and methods visually. We do not endorse any brands or companies displayed on our website or marketing material. For the respect of privacy some photos may have been partially pixelated to protect private information. Photos, images and content on our website and marketing material are subject to copyright and cannot be reproduced or copied without prior written permission from Signblitz. Please report any issues to us immediately.
