Prepare To Stop “PTS” Swing Sign
In Australia a “Prepare to Stop” sign is a temporary advanced warning sign used on roadwork zones or areas with changed traffic conditions. Its purpose is to alert drivers that they may need to slow down and stop ahead. Usually due to construction or roadworks, traffic control stop/slow, or temporary traffic signals. Prepare To Stop Signs improve safety by helping reduce sudden braking, giving drivers enough time to slow down safely. The single sided class 1 reflective sign face is white on red with “Prepare To Stop” wording. Prepare to stop signs are available in a 900x600mm or 1200x900mm size. The swing stand design offers a portable, freestanding sign that folds flat for minimal storage space. The go-to sign for temporary works.
We offer two types of free-standing galvanised swing stand frames;
- Yellow swing stand (stays open with chain)
- has a ground clearance of approximately 50mm.
- Taller Silver swing stand (stays open with hinge)
- has a higher ground clearance of approximately 200mm.
