Due to the large number of students at some school’s, it is more efficient to allocate assembly areas per school grade, for example “Year 7”, “Year 8” and so on. This allows staff and teachers to carry out roll calls and student checks per school grade rather than all students mixed together in one large group. These signs are also an effective way to gather and manage school grades together in areas for reasons other than emergencies, such as grade assemblies or meetings.
